August 30, 200916 yr Does anyone know of an add-on that makes it possible for FS2004 ATC to say the actual name of a smaller airport rather than its ICAO code? At my home airport, for example, I'd really like to hear "Welland Traffic" instead of "Charlie November Quebec Three Traffic." The only add-on I know of that does this is VoxATC, but I'm looking for something that's compatible with FS2004 generated traffic. Thanks for any help. "Even Ozzy's wagging his tail again. Liam who?"

Sorry, I'm not very proficient with it but I know it can be done.http://www.editvoicepack.com/

I downloaded the FS2004 Voice Pack SDK, and after some fiddling around, was able to add my airport's name that way (and replace "point" with "decimal" while I was at it!). Thanks for the tip about editvoicepack - it'll come in handy when I take a crack at customizing the ATC phraseology used by the sim's ATC. "Even Ozzy's wagging his tail again. Liam who?"
