Help with tuning ADF on JS 41

Featured Replies

Hi could someone help me with tuning the ADF. I can only seem to adjust the first number in the 100's with the outer knob and the numbers after the decimal point with the inner knob. I know there is a trick, looked through the manuals but could not find it. Thanks Perry Messina.

This has been a problem with some users. There is a fix for this in the upcoming service pack for the PMDG J41. Thanks for your patience!

In the meantime, you can tune the ADF either by using the default FSX keycommands or the FMS radio page.

Vin could I also ask you how will you adjust the other numbers in the ADF when it will be fixed in SP1? Right now if I wanted to set the ADF to say 246.8 I can only make the 2 change and the .8 change. Where on the knob do you change the 4 and 6? Thanks for your help, Perry Messina

It will have a similar interface to the transponder where one control moves the active digit and the other changes the digit.
