Jack SciuttiI pretty sure the FMS did not ever control descents....it merely provided predictive data, based on your current rate of descent and distance to the next waypoint, that made descents easier to manage (at least for me!). I remember a way to increase or decrease the ROD. If necessary, I'll reinstall pre SP1 and see where it was. I thought it was a pop-up below the FMS????How do you increase or decrease your ROD?Thanks.Jack Sciutti
October 19, 200916 yr It is because the "Master" (For lack of better term) for the A/P were below the FMS popup before. Now they are gone. I wish they weren't, I used that to. Rick Butler Rainbow Lake Alberta, Canada
October 19, 200916 yr Commercial Member You have to be in the AP's VS mode (which has nothing to do with the FMS) and then you use the control wheel that is located on the center pedestal. You can bring up a popup of the AP controls by clicking near them in the VC or pressing Shift-5. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
