Sounds like the props are still on the start locks. Take a look at the start tutorial pinned above.

Do you try the following? Make sure each power lever moves into the reverse position and back. You have to use the mouse to move each throttle into the position. There is also a you tube video showing how to do this.

Nothing....and the video was removed...someone can do a sample with a photos?

It's pretty simple:Once both engines are running, pull each engine into max reverse for a second or two. Do this one engine at a time. You will hear a callout from the F/O stating "Start locks removed".

Also, are you moving your condions levers to flight?Kevin Manley

It really is straightforward. You can do this before taxi, but make sure the parking brake is set, as the reverse thrust can cause the plane to roll backwards... you wouldn't want to end up on the tail...OK:engines 1 and 2 started and stabilized.parking brake setcondition levers taxiNow use the mouse to pull the left power lever backwards slowly, into the reverse thrust zone. ONce you have taken the lever beyond the chevron zone on the quadrant, you may push it back to idle. Now do the same for the right power lever. At some point you will here the virtual FO say "start locks removed". This audio cue is to allow us to note at which point the start locks get removed, this is not the case in the real aircraft obviously. You would just pull bith levers slowly into reverse and then back to idle...You are now set to go, so begin taxi to the active, perform you taxi and prior to takeoff checks...Andrew
