November 30, 200916 yr you can download the free ADE program which allows you to modify airports in many different ways. one of the things that i do when modifying an airport is to add the runway remaining numbers on the runways that have them. In the Avsim library, look up my name,kyle cormier, and download any of the larger airports i have done such as Kansas City or Portland and they all have the runway distance markers, along with dozens of other changes. (see the readme file included in the download to see what was changed)

But as far as realism and simulation goes, the runways should tell you. Now in some cases, if you're on a strip of dirt or a podunk runway that has no markings youll have an issue there.
