December 5, 200916 yr I don't think this has always been the case with these aircraft - especially ion FS9I have the POSKY 737's and CRJ900 in FSX merged with the default panels. When I turn on the nav lights, I also get strobes. I don't think this was the case for these aircraft in fs9.Does anyone else have this issue? December 5, 200916 yr Apparently some dev's put lights in the air file or somewhere unaccessable. I had a lot of trouble with different planes when trying to use Shockwave lights, they were impossible to find.

I just don't get it - it's like they haven't seen how a real strobe light works!?
December 5, 200916 yr Author Thanks for the repliesThe problem is when I turn on my nav lights I also get my strobes. I don't recall gave an issue with this in FS9 with these aircraft. December 5, 200916 yr It's a flex-wing thing.. Not that flexing wings cause the problem, but that you cannot use aircraft.cfg lighting for lights on something that "moves". Cgf lighting is a fixed point in 3D space (realtive to the model origin).Lights on the wing-tips need to be part of the model.. and unless the developer wanted to write some customized XML, he had to use the available attaching.. which unfortunately has issues when it comes to individual control of lights.
