December 10, 200916 yr Specifically when talking about the FSX version, there opens up an entire new league of FSX VCs that are way above the PMDG 747 VC, including PMDG's J41, but the CS727 is also one of those planes that I think have a top-class VC.And yes, I truly like the Wilco PIC 737 a lot. I can't tell you why, but I always thought it feels right.O.k. this makes since now if your going to throw FSX in the mix as a marker for these add-ons. The 744 wasn't built for FSX and therefore performs pretty bad from what I hear in comparison to specifically built models. That being said the case you make for 3D buttons and the like is all present in the 744 but it's hard to appreciated it if you can't land in places like KJFK with nothing more than 16FPS looking away from the city. One thing you have to remember with all your add-ons is properly adjusting your seat height. There's too many models to count (LDS included) where the default eye position/seat height in the VC is wrong. As a marker I look at photos on airliners.net and the actual exterior model to see how high the pilot's line of sight is over the main panel. Once you get that right allot of times you have a different experience in the bird. I did this in Flight1's Meridian and it made all the difference in flying the bird. LDS's default VC height is slightly too high, I had to lower it. I don't believe the PMDG 744 suffered from wrong eye position in the VC as I don't fly it that much.Concerning the Feelthere 737 your welcome. We all worked hard to get that bird right and everyone on the team did a good job. I'd like to see Vic do an updated version of that bird and the CRJ with better VC's, we'll see. I'm also pushing for a 717 from them so looking forward to working on that if it becomes a reality. December 10, 200916 yr Update for the Wilco 737? That would be great. Do you think a save panel state utility is feasible? Because, that would be awesome. I don't need so much an updated VC, as I do need such a panel state saving utility. Even short hops sometimes are too long for me to fully do it in one go...
