December 20, 200916 yr Moderator I have been thinking of taking a trip down memory lane with my PMDG 737 that I dearly miss. Currently my FSX install is taking up about 130 GB with a load of sceneries and and addon planes. However with my OS and a few other things I have installed I only have about 300 GB free space and would prefer not to use up more than about another 50 GB HD space. If I install FS9 with only the PMDG 737 and a few of the older FlyTampa and Imaginsim sceneries, and all the newer FSDT sceneries, aproximately how much HD space do you think that would occupy? On my FS9 box it says it requires at least 1.8 GB of free space, but on my old rig even without addons I was thinking it used up much more space.I know I wont be dumping a bunch of money into it with a bunch of stuff that I dont own already since I have FSX with a load of stuff already, so it would be a pretty lean install. Thanks in advance. December 20, 200916 yr hello there,With the addon's you mention in your post I guess your installation won't take much more than 15 Gb.If you don't add any mesh scenery, those addons are not that big that you would get to 50 Gb.Let us know you things worked outLuc BrusselmansBelgium

December 20, 200916 yr Author Moderator Thanks for the input guys. I forgot about mesh, but if I am going to use it mainly for just airline flights in the PMDG bird, I can probably skip the mesh, or just add it for the areas/countries where I will be flying primarily. No need to add mesh for the entire world if I will be flying mostly in the North America and Europe. After reading the replies this morning, I didn't realize how many grammer errors my post had in it, including the title, lol.
