Captain Sim log in

Anyone else having a problem logging into Captain sim website? It keeps giving me invalid order number or email address. I have checked these over and over and they are still the same. It says to contact customer support if you are having issues, but ironically, to contact customer support you have to have a valid account to log in and it will not accept my log in - so how can I contact customer support? This seems contrary to customer support and in fact is an infinite loop to nowhere. While this is not an email invite to start captain sim bashing - I do wonder why support filtering is so , well, unfriendly.Spike

May not be a problem with CaptainSim site. I just tried to sign in and couldn't using a computer at a library. Got same message you did. I clicked on "sign in help - NOROBOTS etc" located toward the bottom of the Captain Sim sign in page. In any case if you can't find the answer there, they do have a setup which allows you to send them a message requesting help and requires your order # etc. My only purchase from CaptainSim is the C130 and I found that everything involved with the process (ordering, downloading, activating and so on) went extremely fast and easy. Also the C130 and it's fantastic manual are great! I didn't order from them for some time due to negative comments I've read on the web. When they had their 9.99 sale recently I figured I didn't have much to lose trying them. Based on my first purchase I would order from them again and recommend them to others.. Hope this helps.

I have the same thing from several different computers on different networks. Captain Sim is THE most frustrating company to deal with. They don't listen and they move slowly.
