I get about 50 emails a day about account activation and broken downloads. Please read the forum and news first! I just can't reply all emails only because I don't have a time for that. I'm doing my best in attempts to deliver you what you have purchased, believe me. 2. Broken downloads. We have disabled A310 downloads because of server errors. I and server admin are making new software for ftp access and I have to say we are about to finish that. The problem was a bit more complex than we could imagine and neither I nor server administrator didn't expect it to happen. The only words I can say is we gonna make this all working very soon.Thank you."

That is all it takes. A simple considerate message. Thank you. I wonder if it is still on track. They said the download would be availablew within 24 hrs and that was about 20plus hrs ago.

Thanks DmitrY for the update. Don't get frustrated by a few folks with bad manners. Most of us, although frustrated by not being able to download your product, do understand that "stuff happens".Particularly for a new developer that is trying to learn the distribution methods while develping a first class product. Keep it up. I'm sure when the bugs are finally ironed out this will be a fantastic product.George Stoddard

Could one of you very kind people take 2 mins to help me. I am at a total loss and dont know what to do now. I ordered this on the 18th March and printed my receipts off, I have them here infront of me. Should I have been sent an activation key or download link for when it is ready to download? When I heard it had been released the other day I went to the Registered User Area but all i got was a blank screen like I still do now. So I tried to post a message on the forum but I was told that I did not have access to do so. I can log on but I cant post anything. I know that we cant download it yet but could someone please tell me how they managed to download the files or any of them when they were first released? What was the proceedure you used to do so? I arnt bothered about the wait from the company and i really want the product like everyone else on here. Should I get a refund and order again when it has been sorted out?Kind regards Richard Wheatley

I'm sorry the sarcasm was directed at B777ER.SSW have been having trouble with their downloads and have diabled them while they sort the issue out. About 12hrs ago they put the notice on their site about being available again in 24Hrs.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)

Without reading the Forum I ordered yesterday. Until now, NOTHING from SSW. No mail, no password, no download link!I feel cheated!!!!And I feel stupid!!!!

Don't feel cheated or stupid. As mentioned previously they are have issues with downloads and have suspended these for the moment.To access the user downloads you'll need the name ans e-mail address that you used to purchase from SWREG.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)

When you purchased you did it with SWREG. They pass the registrations to SSW who update the database. Depending on the time you registered this could take 12 to 24 hrs in normal circumstances.I suspect that SSW are concentrating on getting the downloads working and so loading new users on to the db is low on the list (you can't downloand anyway)I hope this helps.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)
