December 31, 200916 yr I have no minus sign on the top right of the screen allowsing me to minimise to the Task Bar at the bottom of the screen.I used to minimise by hitting two keys simultaneously but I can't recall which they were. (I used this technique to exit FSX in order to consult other sites or folders.)I'd be grateful for a reminder as to which keys they are.Cliff
December 31, 200916 yr Cliff,Try this keyboard combination. 'Windows button' and 'D'. It will minimise everything to the desktop. Hope this helps.Adam Adam Smith
December 31, 200916 yr Alt + Enter will toggle between Windowed and Full Screen modes. When in Windowed mode you will see the Minimize icon at the top of the screen. Mike Beckwith
December 31, 200916 yr Or if you Alt+Return you convert to windowed mode, and you can minimize or reduce window size from there.Ah, you just beat me to it, highmike LOL "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"
December 31, 200916 yr In my experience, minimizing FSX only gives heaps of troubles, unless you minimize and maximize witin the first five minutes of flying. otherwise I'd always have enormous problems (black screen, not even maximizing at all, etc). This renders the rest of the flight useless and I have to restart FSX. It's often the use of the FSX menus from the toolbar, such as the world map, which causes this.It never used to do this and has only started doing it since I installed REX.Adam Adam Smith
