Will it run on my system?

Featured Replies

I have an oldish system but it runs both the 747 and MD11 ok.I have to tune things carefully but it works! Now if that is the case will the J42 also run, in other wordsis the J41 harder on frame rates than the above two? Thanks,David

What's your specs? If you can run 747 and MD11 you should be able to run the J41 ok, I've found it's actually slightly better on FPS than the 747 in particular.Regards,Tom Wright

I have both the J41 and the MD-11, and they seem to have roughly the same fps impact on my system - Core Duo Q9550 cpu overclocked to 3.6 GHz, GeForce 275 GTX videocard, 4 GB RAM, etc. What are your specs?

My specs are AMD 4000 ,4mg matched ram and an 7800Gs with 512 mg ram.I know that is seems old with a single core cpu (but FSX was written for single core)but I can assure you that it runs the 747 and the MD11 ok.Scenery is also reasonablebut AI aircraft and cars etc. are very low -and that goes for weather also. However, the planes fly very well and I have no troubles so thanks foryour opinions -I will get the J41!David
