February 3, 201016 yr I've been using Ultimate Defrag for years. I wanted to upgrade to the latest version but I couldn't find my account info. I emailed Disktrix. Waited a week. Nothing. Emailed again four days ago. Still nothing. No spam filters blocking their email. Anyone ever email them and get a response? At this point I'm ready to try another product.Brandon
