February 19, 201016 yr At the cost of a first class ticket from London to New York (nearly 9,000 pounds Sterling for a return flight in March), I think it is fair to expect a certain level of comfort and service... the economy fare is 1/20 of the price :( ...At those fares, it pays to compare the design and ergonomics... it seems BA hasn't been too clever maybe?Andrew Andrew Entwistle
