just a thought....out of desperation.. Is it possible to take an entry from the default 737 and manually enter it for this aircraft? i would have tried that already but not sure what line and what file it would be in....or if someone has a full working vc post the line and see if that works. i have a hard time believing that its xp. there are plp with the same os and it works. when i get home I think i will uninstall sp3 and see if that works. ohhh the pain...

I'm using second monitor with radio stack and FMC, as a work around, works ok.have you tried loading 2d panel up first with default airplane, thats normally recommended when reinstalling, of course also do a take off to get FSX.cfg file configured.then load 737pic in 2d panel first before going to vc.that seems to solve it on some set-ups

If you are running Vista or W7 you need to buy the Vista update from Wilco, and then it should work. Then if you get the rain problem in the VC you can also download a fix for that.Or try to start the APU
