Thanks Bill for stating what I already thought was the case, 'Laziness' and lack of 'fore thought' to do simple research. You've had this info out there for years so it really makes no since developers like CLS and others continue this hap-hazard way of combining landing lights with gauge and/or VC panel back lighting. If your going to charge money the least cover the basics especially when the info to properly do so is not that hard to find...

You're still not understanding what you're complaining about.You might want to do exactly what you want the developers to do... go read up on how the lighting actually works and what it's limitations are.
