Dear Sir / Madam,Can anyone help me with the installation of PMDG 747-8i?Everytime I tried to install the 747-8, a dialogue appeared "Localization failure, contact PMDG for code". I've sent email to PMDG over a month since I've purchase the software, but zero reply form PMDG.I think PMDG should at least give me a reply. I cannot contact them by phone, by email.... and I really felt disappointed!!I'm sure I won't buy PMDG product any more.Anyway, I've paid the money this time, and really wanted to use it. I also had trouble but caused by validation refusing to accept my email address and password.I did the password etc. again and waited for the confirmation message from PMDG - the validation then accepted ok and it installed fine.Not really your problem but may help.Patrick

Full names Johnson. Go to the pmdg web site and look for their on-line support. This is new last week, no more email support. There is plenty of info on this at the site.

I gave you the link to go to to submit a ticket right there..."Johnson" tells me absolutely nothing, there are hundreds of customers in our database with that name. (as both a first and last)
