VFR photographic scenery for the UK for Fs2004?

Featured Replies

Is there a VFR photographic scenery for the UK for Fs2004? If there is I cannt find it ?? Thanks jerrycwo4

Hi JerryWell there certainly was. try Justflight.com or EbayDave

These;http://www.justflight.com/flightSimAddOnLi...ct=All+ProductsAlso note that a lot of that will actually work in FSX too, although FSX supports a higher resolution, so it's not the best you could get in FSX. The VFR Scenery stuff is pretty good, I can see my car parked up on it outside my house, or at least the car I had a few years ago, that's because the photography for most of it was shot in 2000, as part of the Millennium project in the UK, so it's not absolutely up to date in every respect, but it is certainly good enough for VFR navigation.Al

I have this on order and it hasn't arrived, so I can't comment yet on the quality. They do seem to be one of the more consistent producers of VFR scenery for the UK and Wales. The are sold by region, and are supposedly compatible with both FS9 and FSXhttp://www.simshack.net/product_info.php?products_id=91http://www.simshack.net/product_info.php?products_id=92

Best regards from Tony, at the helm of the flying desk.

HiyaThe Horizon Photographic Scenery V2 for FSX also includes on the DVD's the FS2004 version of their UK VFR scenery as well so if you purchase that then you can have the best of both worlds so if you upgrade to FSX then you can install the FSX version instead. This is for Volumes 1,2 and 3. Volume 4 has recenlty come out for some of the Scottish islands and I think thats FSX only but I am not 100 percent sure.
