Hi,I'm guessing this is nav data related, but AFAIK the nav data is that supplied with the aircraft (I have not actively updated the J4100 nav data).I entered a departure of EGNJ, an arrival of EHAM, and selected the STAR TOPPA1 (after selecting the arrival runway 06). After accepting TOPPA1 it crashed.

Please sign your full name to posts in this forum.The JS41 uses the same navigraph navdata as the rest of their fleet, and regardless should not cause a crash when loading. Do you have another FSX PMDG simulation with which you can try the same departure and arrival? Is there not an enroute segment to this flight plan or does the SID connect to the STAR?

Robin, the MD11 and JS41 and all FMS equipped PMDG aircraft use the same navdata; although there are a few things that the JS41 FMS will not do such as HDG UNTIL altitude. If the data is okay in the MD11 it should work in the JS41.Please claify what you are doing so I can try to reproduce later today. Are you picking an arrival at both Heathrow and Schipol as you wrote?? If Heathrow is your departure, what is the SID and the enroute flight plan (after SID and before STAR)?? I'll give it a try and see if I get the same thing.

We you onthe active FPL or the temp FPL page ?>* Select an arrival (REDFA1A)>* Try and accept - CRASH (for me at least).These are the steps I took to try and reproduce it.1) Pressed the ON button.2) After the self test EGLL was displayed by default, I pressed Enter 3 times3) The active FPL page displayed.4) Entered EGLL as the 1st item5) Entered EHAM as the 2nd item6) Press the Arrival LSK (L5), then Enter7) Pressed LSK R1 twice to display the runway list.8) Selected Rwy06, pressed Enter9) The STAR list displayed, I selected REDFA1A10) No transition, so I selected LSK R2, to display the Transitions 11) Selected REDFA transition, (superflous but I did it to have the same screen in your screenshot).12) Same screen displays as in your screenshot (3 waypoints REDFA SULUT SUGOL)13) Pressed Enter, the results displays as in the screenshot.No Crash.I'm using the Navdata that came with the Installer, I have not updated mine as well.Also did you use the popup window FMC, or the one embedded in the VC ?
