March 26, 201016 yr Hi I'm new to the Jetstream having flown PMDG 'heavy metal' for a few years. It has installed and runs perfectly on my system, I've even managed to start the engines! The only problem I have so far is that during taxy out I check the TOCWS using the test switch on the right panel - all ok, but when I apply take-off power the warning horn sounds and the red cap 'Config' illuminates.I've checked the 7 items that trigger the warning, all seems normal:Condition levers are fully forwardSpoilers appear to be retracted (is there any way to check this other than visually?)Spoiler control switch is onElevator trim is mid green rangePark brake is offFlaps 9 setGust lock disengagedThere are no CAP warnings and the take-off and climb are normal. The warning stops at lift-off.Any ideas as to what it could be?Very pleased with the simulation, especially the sound effects! Thanks, Chris G , Switzerland
March 26, 201016 yr Full name please, Chris. The warning should stop when nose wheel lifts (AOM pg 22). Use the Shift (or Ctrl) + F4 to make sure the condition lever is in flight and RPM is 100%. I think a 1-3% loss of RPM will cause the alarm. Don't know why the button is quiet but advancing power creates an alarm.Spoiler check is visual, there is a mechanical down lock underneath. March 27, 201016 yr Are you pushing the condition levers fully forward before arming the spoilers? Christopher Low AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU / 64GB DDR5-6000 RAM / 12GB Nvidia RTX 4070 Super GPU / Gigabyte X870E Aorus Elite Wifi 7 / 1+2TB Samsung Evo Plus M2 Nvme UK2000 Beta Tester
March 27, 201016 yr Thanks for the replies, I found the solution - condition levers not fully forward.I'm new to FSUIPC (and the intricacies of turboprops!) and need to do some calibrating and programming. Are there any recommendations/values for programming realistic settings for the condition levers? I'm using the CH throttle quadrant.Chris Garrod

You can see more answers to this question and more detailed in this post. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
March 28, 201016 yr Thanks again for the tips, I've programmed FSUIPC and now get correct movement of the condition levers and throttles, no more warnings on take-off. I also get reverse thrust so can taxy backwards, now that's a new experience!Chris Garrod
