ok thanks.

Still using WinXP 32bit but I've heard that Win7 64bit is a worthwhile upgrade. For starters you get access to all your memory over 3GB unlike WinXP 32.

Yeah, any 64 bit system would be a plus to have in that regard. Win 7 is really like the finished version of Vista, like they did back in the day of Win 98. They had 98, then 98nd edition, then Millenium. Windows M, was really the finished version of 98 with some new Win2000 features, but it was often referred to as 98 3rd edition. But to get back on topic, yes I use it without issues. Now if we could only get a flightsim that was 64bit! That would be sweet. Then we could get above the 4 gb limit. I'm actually contemplating getting 32gb of ram for the newly revised Adobe CS5 package. :(

IMO, Windows Millenium was the worst OS ever produced.A terrible fiasco. Win98 was much better.Vista SP2 is rock solid despite its very bad reputation and upgrading from Vista x64 to Seven x64 was not so spectacular, FSX wise.Just a lighter OS but still young and with many bugs that will hopefully be fixed in the upcoming SP1.
