You are probably better off getting in touch with your credit card company and getting a chargeback. I don't own, nor will I ever purchase anything from Ariane-- as the problem you seem to be experiencing is the "norm" with that organization. Good luck pal...

They are having some issues receiving emails at the moment from what I hear; the above email address is the correct one, although they haven't had my activation request which I sent to that address, and that 's been sent several times over the past month, evidently without them getting it.Nevertheless, you should also be able to contact them via the semi-official forums at: www.ariane.havetofly.com although you do need a product order code to register there. They are currently trying to find my email and have PM'd me a few times in relation to their issue over receiving emails, so they do appear to be helping, even though it's certainly taking a while, there's no denying that.Their products are good, but some are a bit on the pricey side, and without doubt, their activation system has room for improvement, so I would recommend trying the forum.Al
