I have bought my upgrades, both the FS9 and FSX versions (I hope to have FSX running well in the end, and the more airports I have for it the merrier). Did not install it yet, but I'm for sure gonna do some flying between Vienna and other European airports.

I may just buy it as a 'thanks' for supporting FS9. So long as that refinery is part of the scenery package and doesn't require some other add-on.
