Please help: "damaged" my J41

Featured Replies

I have thought I have had some simconnect troubles. For this I uninstalled AccPack, made a FSX repair (with no errors), installed SP1, installed AccPack again. So far everything works.... ASE, MD11, etc....But the J41 isn't really working.I've got black panels, throttle, RPM lever aren't working.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the J41 with ... doesn't help. Its not the electric or that I have missed sth to switch on in the VC... I have the J41 since the first day and know her systems :( Any advice is welcome!Thank you very much!

You didn't mention if you have FSX SP2 installed. If so, try to reinstall it (or acceleration).

Ah, I didn't catch the short name... I thought it was some utility or something. Anyway, next thing to check after your major surgery is if the VS C++ redistributal files are okay.If you remain stumped, I recommend opening a trouble ticket at pmdg support web page. (They take weekends off, hint)Regardless, hope you report back when problem is found.

Just want to report back:last solution was to reinstall complete OS :( Maybe a more wise and patient guy could have figured out what was wrong, but finally that helped!
