You may be able to move a G1000 into the Flight1 C172 cockpit... I have not tried, but it might work.

Correct.Here is a quick placement of the default FSX G1000 into the F1 C172 showing thatit can be done, but definitely needs some tweaking..Who knows, maybe someone has already done this and is willing to share.. :(

That looks amazing... Both 2D panel and Virtual Cockpit working? My God... It is fantastic... But it is impossible to find out who did it... So in the end, it is just an illusion:-(

Yeah, I mean he changed the panel.cfg and added the default G1000 gauge. It's not too hard to do. But to get everything working properly might take some work.

I'd be really interested in it! But as far as I can see, it is only the PFD added, but the MFD with the moving map is not added. Or am I wrong? I don't have the Flight1 Cessna, but if there is a perfect workaround so that the G1000 full glass cockpit work properly in both the 2D and the 3D panel, then I will buy the Flight1 Cessna!I would really love to have a full glass cockpit Cessna 172!!!Cheers,Kityatyi

I think Flight1 is working on a C182 and C172 with G1000 - not certain about the 172 - I know there is a C182 screen shot floating around somewhere. That should be after their C162 Skycatcher. I would agree that the Mustang is the best G1000 equipped plane to date... but ifyou are patient, more should be coming. Eaglesoft just released a nice G1000 Diamond Twin Starfor FS9 and the FSX version is under development.

But I am really into the C172 and C182.Yes, Flight1 is developing the Skycatcher and after that, the 182, but what do you think, when will be the latter one out? I want a C172/182 with G1000 :-) But I'm afraid the Flight1 C182 is still far, far away:-(
