Something missing in the Manual?

The manual doesn't tell me how to order a cup of coffee.If I press the FA button and order 'one coffee please' the FA brings me a virtual cup (and knocks on the door).Is there a list of FA requests in the manual. Or as usual did I not read it all?ThanksPeter

Looks like they accidently got left out of the final manual.Here they are:one coffee pleaseone tea pleasea coffee and a tea pleasesome lunch pleasesome dinner pleasesome breakfast pleaseone juice pleaseone water pleaseCheers,
