Very interested in using this mod. I have an I7 920 Oc'd to 4.4GHZ on water with Dual Nvidia GTX8800 Superclocked's. I am using NHancer at ther moment. I understand Vsync needs to be off or app controlled. To use this mod am I now eliminating Nhancer all together or disabling Vsync and setting AA and Antistropic to app controlled in nhancer?

There is no need to disable nHancer or Vsync with this tweak unless you want degraded visuals.
I did read this. It didnt say much as wether nhancer should be scrapped or not. Thanks for the reply's. Any one using this? Worth it?

nHancer forces modes not available in the nVidia CP, meaning, the Video Card is doing more work.. however, based on the experience of mostly everyone here in the forums nHancer CAN and is used with BP=0 with some good results, so... your choice.Use it with nhancer first, and if it works then great...
