How do I start Tower Controller?

Featured Replies

I think it might be an online multiplayer feature, however I'm not 100% sure.

No need for multi-player at all, just start your own session and host it if you want, and you can play Controller all by yourself.Best regards.Luis

Hello Andrew,Please try the following. Watch carefully - nothing up my sleeve.1. Launch Flight Simulator X.2. At the user interface shell, select MultiPlayer:3. At the MultiPlayer screen, choose Local Network (LAN), and Sign-In.4. At the next screen, select Host a Session:5. At the following screen, choose Free Flight:6. Etc., etc. for the next few screens, until you get to a familiar window, the usual user interface window:Notice the difference - you can select the role of Pilot or Air Traffic Controller. Choose the latter, of course. Also, make your selection of airport and weather and time.7. You should arrive within the tower where you are the boss:Change views, zoom in and out, move around as usual. For further instructions, please read the Help file in the Learning Center that should contain details on using the various controller monitors.I don't really know what you can do with this function when used without other players since you may not be able to tell AI aircraft what to do. But, you can try for yourself and see.Best regards.Luis
