EZDOK View Setting Problems

Featured Replies

I am trying to set up some views from scratch for the A2A B-17, but I can't get the forward arrow to work. I can move from side to side, back, and up and down, but not forward. I tried it with and without POV enabled. Everything else works fine. I imported the settings from the DC3 for the motion and that works well also. I tried reverting to default controls and then re-deleting the various keys again, but that didn't change things.Anyone have any ideas as what could be causing this? I asked at EZDOK simforums yesterday morning, but no replies yet. Thanks,Bill

Hi, Not sure but here are some things to consider:1. Re check your key assignments in FSX which were suggested by EZDOK (deleting some etc)2. Question: Does the forward arrow key work in any other aircrafts camera? Does it work in the DC 3 or others for example?3. Could it be a problem with the forward arrow key on your keyboard? May want to try another keyboard iif you have one.Hope this helps. Howard

Thanks for your reply Howard. I'll give your suggestions a try.Bill

As an aside, I didn't realize until this morning that the EZCA logo featured in the user manual is a cannabis leaf inside a bubble:Perhaps this explains why many sober simmers find EZCA's interface a bit convoluted? :(

I resolved my problem. The forward(UP) Arrow in the define Key settings ended up deleted during my playing with this program. I reset it, and all is well.Bill
