July 1, 201015 yr Author I don't know which values affect the position of the wheel in relation to the ground Rodger. The wheels are points 0,1,2,3 Looking at the values, and this is just an uneducated dumb guess on my part, but maybe the values of 5.8 in points 0 and 1, and -5.65 on points 2 and 3 relate to the distance of the bottom of the wheel from the static cg height (which the contact points put at 5.65). I would first try to change the value of 5.8 to 5.4 in points 0 and 1 and 5.35 in points 2 and 3. like this:point.0 = 1, 3.5, -4, -5.4, 2500, 0, 0.45, 40.0, 0.25, 1, 0.7, 5, 5, 2point.1 = 1, 3.5, 4, -5.4, 2500, 0, 0.45, 40.0, 0.25, 1, 0.7, 5, 5, 3point.2 = 1, -6.8, -4, -5.35, 2500, 1, 0.75, 0.0, 0.23, 2, 0.7, 2, 2, 2point.3 = 1, -6.8, 4, -5.35, 2500, 2, 0.75, 0.0, 0.23, 2, 0.7, 2, 2, 3Let me know if it works
July 1, 201015 yr Me bad.....I noticed the wheels buried in the ground too. I changed the numbers but forgot to post them. Here's the new.point.0 = 1, 3.5, -4, -6.03, 2500, 0, 0.45, 40.0, 0.25, 1, 0.7, 5, 5, 2point.1 = 1, 3.5, 4, -6.03, 2500, 0, 0.45, 40.0, 0.25, 1, 0.7, 5, 5, 3point.2 = 1, -6.8, -4, -5.80, 2500, 1, 0.75, 0.0, 0.23, 2, 0.7, 2, 2, 2point.3 = 1, -6.8, 4, -5.80, 2500, 2, 0.75, 0.0, 0.23, 2, 0.7, 2, 2, 3This works for me. The bigger the number the higher the wheels set. So you may have to tweak the numbers to suit your aircraft.Al
July 1, 201015 yr Much thanks to you and Frank as well. I'm sure it will work. Can't try it for a couple of weeks as I'm heading to Texas on vacation.
