July 12, 201015 yr Hello everybody. I was wondering if I could get some help with this. I recently built a new computer about two weeks ago. The specs are as follows.i7-980xevga x5812 gb g.skill 1600480xvelociraptor 300gbw7 ultimate 64-bit.Anyway when I put the yoke and the rest of the components onto the computer (I put the throttle and pedals on the yoke and the yoke to the pc) the yoke keeps "resetting" itself. It gives me the correct time, but then it goes to 00:00:00 on the little time screen randomly and starts counting up from that. It also randomly goes back to the normal time and such. Well this wouldn't be a problem if there was no side effect. The side effect of this is that computer doesn't get the control inputs correctly i.e. it takes a second for the control and button inputs to change. The throttle quadrant and the pedals I believe do not do this, but they could and I just don't notice. I did not have this problem on my previous computer. It was a q6600 on a 780i evga board with 4 gb of gskill memory and a 8800gts g92.Can anybody help me out? Steven Penninck

July 17, 201015 yr Commercial Member I have the same setup as you... Saitek yoke/throttle quadrant + 2nd Throttle Quad and CH Products Pedals. The only thing I do different is connect the rudders to a different USB port, NOT the yoke's USB connections. That really the only physical different and I've never had an issue like you describe. Also , I do not use either the Saitek or CH Products software. Never installed it. I use FSUIPC (payware version),to set up all my buttons and axis. Works like a charm. ;)Clutch Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, Gigabyte GeForce 5080 RTX, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!) July 20, 201015 yr Author Well I actually used to use it without the software and when it started doing this with the new computer I went ahead and installed the drivers. I will try to run the pedals off the computer directly and I will see what happens then, but I was reading that the wiring to the lcd clock can rub down and start shorting. People have said that they are just opening the yoke up and fixing it with some electric tape, but I really don't feel like doing that if I don't have to. Could it be a USB power management issue? See this FAQ on the Saitek website:http://www.saitek.com/uk/supp/yokewin7.htmCheersJackI already played with this a little, but I will look again. Steven Penninck
