July 17, 201015 yr When I try to add scenery to FSX using the "settings-scenery library", I just can't get it to work.It doesn't seem to matter where the scenery is on my system, when I navigate to it in the 'Scenery Library-Add Area' window, I never see any scenery files in any of the folders. If I select the parent folder that contains the scenery files and click 'OK' it just opens the folder and doesn't display any valid files to select.Am I doing something wrong? Does this make any sense? Gareth Howell Cheshire (UK)

Does this make any sense? What OS are you using? There is a twitch to this with Win7. Try a search of this forum and you will find plenty on this matter. There is also a Utube short video but I haven't got a link. Do not panic it is only a matter of technique. July 17, 201015 yr If your Operating System is Win 7, as explained there is a "bug" in it which makes adding scenery a bit more difficult than we are used to.This thread shows how it is done - complete with pictures:http://forums.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?t=205432Hope that helps.
