The Pilot flying gives the brief,..doesn't matter if he's the captain or the first officer, whoever is flying the sector gives the brief. In FS2Crew, YOU, the captain give the brief.

Futhermore, if you decide to give a brief, I suggest pressing the Hard Mute button so the FO doesn't try to act on whatever the speech recognition engine might think you're saying.For briefing items, just do a Google search. Items covered vary from personal to person, company to company.But basically you just review the charts and the speeds and whatever else may be relevant.Cheers,
