You can de-rate as you like. Simply adjust the assumed temperature and that's it.

If I remember right from the time during development, CLB1 and CLB2 would have been available as a company option, however most real MD-11 do not have it, so we didn't model it.Markus

You can change the clb thrust to a manual thrust setting as you wish and you can derate T/O thrust how you wish also.
