About controlling FMS via voice

I´ve personally got a one final hurdle in FS2Crew experience. I´d like to keep my HOTAS all time time, and not pause the simulator while flying manually, but sometimes ATC gives direct-to´s and life doesn´t go always the way you planned anyway. Is it possible to command the PNF to control the FMS by saying for example: Select direct to Foxtrot Sierra Two Charlie? The PNF could answer by saying, if the waypoint was found the in the flightplan: Confirm direct to Foxtrot Sierra Two Charlie and you could confirm that, if that was correct et cetera.
