September 14, 201015 yr John,As you will see from your computer I have tried every combination of original Product ID and associated key, to the new Product ID and newly acquired key and RC simply refuses to run. No matter what I do, when I try to run RC I get the same Registration page over and over. Is my only option to uninstall the program and purchase a fresh version from you? Thanks,Eric
September 15, 201015 yr Hi Grandpa (Eric),Just on the off chance have you ensured that you are putting your key all the way to the left hand side off the box?If you have left any space in front of the key it will not take.A long shot but it may help!Norman Bowman Norman Bowman
September 15, 201015 yr Author Hello Norman,You were absolutely correct. When the Key is copied from the e-mail and then pasted into the Regis'n form, it does indeed leave a nearly inconspicuous space on the left.. Once removed the registration process is completed. Thanks so much for the suggestion! I hope others will make note of this thread and save themselves the endless frustration that I endured. It's a flaw the JD should consider referencing in his Key code e-mail.Grandpa
