My page is dedicated to Flightsimming, both FS9 as well as FSX and will feature only unedited screenshots (pics have only been resized). This is my first blog so my page is still a work-in-progress.Please feel free to visit and let me know what you think!http://flightsimfun.blogspot.com/Thanks! :(

Wow! Impressive!Best regards,Jim

Hey man, great job so far, I like it. Love that title shot, really great lighting. :( One little suggestion though. Your Avanti pics seem quite heavily compressed. Not so the other pictures. Maybe you wanna make sure to compress them not so hard next time. Will preserve a lot more of that great quality.Anyways, keep it up man. Big%20Grin.gif

Hi Ark,Your blog rocks!! Great job. :( As Scott said above, you should definitely throw in more details. Why not fully blog your flights?Looking forward to your posts.

Thanks for the comments, all!My apologies for taking so long to respond. I have been out of town on business for the past 3 days.Scott, I will integrate your suggestion into my future shots (and update the iFly pics as well).Onur, blogging the entire flight is something I will definitely do in the future. I wasn't sure if people wanted something like that, or just a few shots from each flight. I, personally, prefer full flights (like in your blog, which is great, btw!!!).Badderjet, the Avanti pics are quite a bit older. They were from a system I had a few years ago, IIRC. My system has a 2560x1600 30" display, so I am trying to only compress them to 1920x1200 (The Avanti, IIRC, was all the way down to 1600x1200). If people would like though, I can keep the pics uncompressed so when you click on them, they show the full 2560x1600 resolution. What do you all think? Thanks again for the viewing my blog and offering up suggestions. It is MUCH appreciated!

Thanks for the kind words!!Another Avsim member who got me into doing one has also an excellent blog, check it out here: http://altstiffsim.blogspot.com/It's always great to see how others are flying, not to mention the inspirational part. Everyone has different taste, some only like screen shots, others detailed reviews (as I do)...It all depends on what you like, if you're into flying with SID/STARS taking into account weather for instance, you should definitely write about those too. After all, one can just take a look at the shots if that's what they're into...I say, go with your original shots without compressing them. Blogger provides quite enough space for those larger files.

Thanks for the heads up on the other blog. Great stuff!I definitely use SIDs/SARs so I will integrate detailed reports into my flights as I post them. I will go ahead and keep them 2560x1600 as you suggested as well. :(
