Just curious.If he is in the air, presumably with engines running, why would he encounter a dead battery? I thought the engines had generators attached so they provide power to the aircraft, even if the battery is dead.Did PSS not model the generators?I cannot use the A320 in FS9 since the patch. I get CTD's at random times when programming the FMC and I can find no answers in their support forum.BTW Running XP Pro so it shouldn't be the GDI (GDU?) problem.

Can anybody tell me if they fixed the no night lighting in the VC? I have the a330 but haven't flown it because the lights never worked!Anyone? thanks!-Alex

@Vulcan:Interesting question. My instinctive answer would be that they haven't modelled the full electrical bus logic hence some gauges always rely on battery power. If that's true then I can only speculate that the rest of the gauges are fed directly from the generators. Either that or I am talking out of my @rse and an expert should arrive anytime soon and taunt me to oblivion.Oh, and the A320 works ok for me. Except for the non FBW FDE that is... Regards,
