Basically they will reset your activations.NO NEED to rebuy the J41Thank you for that. I did try it before but after a minute and nothing happened I gave up. This time I waited and after a long time the Help desk did come up.Then I registered, went to my email and clicked on the link to verify my email but after another very long wait I got 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'.I have tried three times now with the same result. It would not have something to with my using Internet Explorer 9 beta would it?Not having much luck today. What to do now I wonder? Try clicking the link again. Ryan or a PMDG member should check by the forum and hopefully see this post and he can help you. For the time, I would try to click the link again and if times out, try a different browser

October 27, 201015 yr I've yet to try google chrome and not sure I will since there have been a lot of posts about it not working here lately, well not working for what you're seeing anyway.Try FireFox. I personally don't even like IE 8, let alone try their Beta,, you got brass ones Richard haha.Funny but doing web design I can preview the site in any IE I want, yet once you install a new version it can sometime be impossible to roll back without issues.Clearing the cache has helped many but not sure on the beta thing or chrome for that matter.PS. October 27, 201015 yr Dan, he tried another computer so it being an internet browser kind of is thrown out. There is no way IE is that bad lol. I used to use it for a long time and actually had no problem with it. Did you try copying hte link instead of clicking it.
October 27, 201015 yr Dan, he tried another computer so it being an internet browser kind of is thrown out. There is no way IE is that bad lol. Actually, yes it can be but has nothing to do with its normal functionality, that's not what I'm talking about. If we saw one or two issues like this a year then I would agree but just because you have two computers that doesn't rule anything at all out. Both can have the cache full, both can be running Chrome, both can be etc... etc... nothing at all has been put to rest with the fact that he tried two computers, none at all. He could use 20 computers but have them all behind the same firewall which could be the issue. One other thing (not saying this is you Richard, just in general) but anyone in support half as long as I have been, knows that a huge portion of people looking to get help, just say "Yeah I tried that" and did absolutely nothing on their end but type out a lie. Some will even say, "yep tried 5 other computers and same issue" (again this is in general and not directed to you Richard). Then 50 emails later after they realize that now they have to make an effort and try one of the first things mentioned and wow, it works. I see this countless times a day on here and other forums as I'm sure everyone in PMDG support has also. On thing I clue in on is people say they want help yet they never try everything mentioned or at least don't reply whether they did or not which isn't helping the ones attempting to help. You said you tried it and it worked for you, that says it's working and the issue is obviously at his end since you did that test.Edit for Richard:When you do try Firefox, do not import your IE settings (it will ask). They may be what's causing the issue in the first place. For the record I am speaking from experience, I answer about 10 to 30 PM's on here daily as well as several emails to my personal email and after all hopes have failed it is normally when we start over that the first thing mentioned in the first place, works... i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
October 27, 201015 yr The the clearing the cache should fix the fact the plane is not showing up in the cart but he shouldn't buy the plane again. I could agree that just because there are 2 computers doesn't rule that out.I never understand why I never have computer problems lol IE seemed to work great when I used it(IE7)
October 27, 201015 yr Commercial Member If you open a command prompt (Run -> cmd, enter) and type "ping support.precisionmanuals.com" do you get a response? If not the problem is with your ISP and/or DNS server. The site is definitely up and working. You're going to need to submit a ticket for this, J41 reactivations aren't something I can even do myself.
