October 27, 201015 yr Author If you open a command prompt (Run -> cmd, enter) and type "ping support.precisionmanuals.com" do you get a response? If not the problem is with your ISP and/or DNS server. The site is definitely up and working. You're going to need to submit a ticket for this, J41 reactivations aren't something I can even do myself.Have done as you suggested with this result:Pinging support.precisionmanuals [75.126.63.19] with 32 bytes of data.Reply from 75.126.63.19: bytes=32 time=291ms TTL=109Reply from 75.126.63.19: bytes=32 time=297ms TTL=109Reply from 75.126.63.19: bytes=32 time=291ms TTL=109That was fun like the MSDOS days!!! Also tried Firefox and cleared the jolly ole cache but still get same result this time firefox timed out. October 27, 201015 yr Commercial Member Richard-I was able to track down your license and handle your activation request because I was able to identify your account from your name here in the forum. Thanks- that makes it easier to help you in a pinch!Now- on the subject of getting you access to the support portal- I just looked and we had 20+ users register just today- so we know the system is working. The question is "why won't it see you?"My tendency in situations like this is to suspect anti-phishing filters. We have seen instances where the phishing filter will strip data from links/urls in order to protect the user- when in fact it is actually creating problems.Unfortunately there are so many possible variations that it is nearly impossible for us to trouble shoot a connectivity issue from afar.Do me a favor tho- please cut/paste your ENTIRE activation link into a private message to ryan. (NOT ME!)That'll allow us to trouble shoot from here and get you an answer. Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com

October 27, 201015 yr Ryan posted earlier in this thread. His username is Tabs, but if you look at his signature, you will see that his name is Ryan. Private Messaging someone is different that emailing them. PMing is done through Avsim, and will send a message to a web based inbox for their username. You can't email this inbox, you can only send a message through avsim using your username. To PM Ryan (Tabs) you can scroll up to where you see his username in this thread. Click on his username, and it will take you to a new page. If you look along the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send Me A Message". Hope this helps,Ethan Rayhorn Ethan Rayhorn My Office: (Taken at FL410)
