Peter, these multiple named sites are most likely those belonging to individuals who've signed up for the "Affiliate" program. They are simply acting as additional brokers for the same package... :(
That is another possibility, but I wouldn't be suprised if it was the same person myself. I doubt anyone would use their real name pulling crap like this.
