I'm sure that I once read that it's possible to have the RC menu box on a manual toggle with a registered copy of FSUIPC but when I click the 'close window' X in the corner of the box, it still reappears after a couple of minutes.(I confess I made quite a hash of things while messing around with it last night and even ended up with an un-removable MSFS green message tape showing the RC menu options. Took a reinstall of FSUIPC to settle things back into place. Oops...)Is the manual toggle possible?Thanks.D

Tried as suggested in this post: http://forum.avsim.n...__1#entry662553. It works to close the window. No go to bring it back? :( I can bring the window back only by pressing 1, which in my case would call for clearance as I am parked at terminal. Any suggestions? Thank you.

usually, whatever key you use to toggle it off, toggles it on. like a light switch.also rc will re-display the menu, as soon as something changes.jd

Thanks JD. I found that in my case the problem was with ASE. I disabled its messages and now can open and close the window.
