Saitek Throttle Parts

Featured Replies

Hello, Does anyone know where I can get several mini VR potentiometers for my Saitek Throttle. The spiking is horrible and I just exceeded the 2 years. Yes it is the potentiometers I've checked with a meter which shows 2 out of three are defective. Please can anyone help, I've scoured the internet. You will probably be easier off just buying new ones. I think they are to be had for around 40€.

Well, mine is failing too. It's not only the spiking, when I push the throttle axis (left axis), my flaps (center axis) move with it. pretty annoying

It goes by far, that Saitek throttles are the worst piece of hardware I ever bought. But nevertheless, MUCH cheaper than any other similar solution.

HelloTry asking Saitek here:Tech Support: [email protected] : http://www.saitekforum.com/EDIT:I see you have already asked there, I will follow that thread with interest.

If i remember correctly, i read à post here that someone rotated the axis of the pots 180 degrees further. That removed the spikes.

It not cheaper when you have to buy it twice.Buy the best you can possibly afford the first time and you won't likely have to buy it again. This applies to anything, not just FS hardware.
