Sean,Are you still not able to create support tickets? This is probably going to involve a bit more than just us doing something in the license software - there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with your license, which means it's something on your machine doing it. I'd rather troubleshoot that in a ticket than through PMs...If you tried to create a ticket system account while the servers were down, log back into it with the email/pass you made and there should be a link there to resend the verification email - those are confirmed to be working now, so you should get it and be able to open a ticket. When you make the ticket, direct it to me and reference this thread with a link - thanks!

Hi Ryan, no I hadn't tried creating a support ticket. I had only brought up the issue in this thread, but I will go ahead and enter a support ticket and reference this thread.Off to do it right now.Sean

Ryan I summited the ticket and referenced your name in the Subject line.The ticket number is 046-1495576F-9B5D How will I be contacted next since I have never used that system, via email or do I need to check back into the portal? I included my phone number if that is easiest.Thanks,Sean
