December 11, 201015 yr As the title already says: There are 2 things i'd like to know:1) Can i add the Callsign of the VA i'm flying for in Radar Contact?2) Would it be possible to change the program so that i don't always something like this: "Lufthansa XXX you're not at your assigned altitue, climb FL XXX" This always comes when i stop a climb because the wind has changed and i need to get more speed, or when winds change in cruise. (The MD11 a fly most often starts to climb then to protect the aircraft from getting to fast.RegardsEmi Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!

December 11, 201015 yr You can slow your climb rate to about 200 ft/min minimum and RC will still see you in a climb rate. As soon as you go below that in even minimally RC will think you have aborted your climb. It also sounds like you need to enable wind smoothing in your weather program.
December 15, 201015 yr Author @jd: The callsign i want to have is "Blueflight". Can you do that?@ronzie: Wind smoothing sounds good, but can you tell me how to do that please? #Thanks and RegardsEmi Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!
December 15, 201015 yr Re: Wind smoothing. What can be done depends on your version of FS and if you are using a weather add-on.See the documentation in your FSUIPC folder created in FS/modules starting on page 12. Note that limits are imposed depending on FS version and your add-on weather application if used. It is very limited if FS creates the weather as opposed to just interpreting commands from an add-on weather application.RC just registers what it needs for FSUIPC features automatically. To get any other features either an accredited add-on must register them or you can purchase an FSUIPC registration that enables all features such as axis smoothing/mapping for aircraft controls.Unless you have a powerful PC be cautious in acquiring AES. It is now on service pack 2. See the hi-fi support forum on AVSIM for details and follow the AES threads here. For FSX you have the Active Sky Advanced application.I am an FS9 user using Active Sky 6.5 both the weather and graphics engines it provides. I also have a purchased registration for FSUIPC.
December 15, 201015 yr Author Well i have FSX Gold Edition and i'm using RealEnvoronmentXtreme. I also have the unregistered version of FSUIPC.So do you have any idea what i can do?regardsEmi Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!
December 16, 201015 yr http://realenvironmentxtreme.com/fsxweather.htmlstates that their weather engine does have some king of smoothing available. It also has a flight planner that integrates with their weather system. It outputs in FSX and FS9 formats.http://realenvironmentxtreme.com/fsxfp.htmlshows integration. Please note the REX 2 information and upgrade if you need the additional facilities. Most details will be in your manual. I don't know if REX 2 uses FSUIPC4 for FSX or goes directly to SimConnect.
December 16, 201015 yr REX uses Simconnect in FSX Regards, Philip Lodge PC specs; Windows 7 64 bit home premium, Asus P6X58D-E, Intel core i7 930 @ 4.0 GHz, Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 1600MHz triple channel RAM, POV GTX 470, 500gb HDD + 250gb FS HDD, 24" 1920 x 1200, 19" 1280 x 1024 GoFlight MCPPro, VRInsight CDU II, Saitek Pro Flight Radio Panel.
