I wish a certain other developer (Airbus) had the same moral values and professional attitude towards its customers as PMDG have.Rather than promising the world and delivering substandard releases and then stopping all communication and leaving all its customers who had coughed up hard earned cash upfront, only to be left in limbo. With what you said about Orbx. So many people pre-paid for FTX PNW, FSS couldn't keep up and so many pre-payers had issues they have to delay the General Public Release until the downloads slowed down.. 4TB later. :(

I was actually unaware that there were any issues. I downloaded mine the moment it came out and began flying. I think that regardless of pre-order or not they would have had issues with that release. I had the same thing with the queen. I stayed up until it was released and as fast as I could type in my credit card number and downloaded so I did not have any issues getting the product like many others.
