December 31, 201015 yr Coast line around Seattle is messed up when FZ02 portland is installed with UT-USA, looked all over for a solution but I can't solve this one. I had it running fine before, but I made the bad decision of trying to re-install FZ02 and wasn't able to undo this recent re-install.I have the FZ02-UT fix file and after running it the coast line did improve, but still streets show up in the water (most annoying at night).Any advice on fixing this? Thanks,Pat R9-9950X3D 32G | RTX5090 | 3T m.2 | Win11 | vkb-gf ultimate & pedals | virpil cm3 throttle | tm boeing yoke | pimax super uw | DCS

January 1, 201115 yr I hope someone can reply to this. I had the "upscaled" (purchased) KSEA and KPDX installed and then I installed UT USA and had all kinds of troubles with double coastlines and streets running into the water. I really liked what UT did for FS2004 but not for all of the "scenery" problems it caused. I have a new computer and I'm holding off installing UT USA because of the double coastlines and streets in water problem. I know there are a few "upgrades/fixes" at the UT website but I do not know if they would fix these given problems. jerrycwo4
January 1, 201115 yr I believe it's a result of the scenery priority levels. I don't recall exactly, but one needs to be above the other, in order to not have those visual effects occur. Alexander Alonso
January 1, 201115 yr Davip "Opa" Marshall has a fix for this. Send a PM to him. It involved a couple of scenery mesh files. You might try a forum search for Portland and Seattle patch and find it.
January 3, 201115 yr Author Thanks all for your help on this matter!Lukily, I had an old installation of FS9 on another disk (OS corrupted but data files intact) and when deleted the FZ02 scenery directory with the one from the old disk, the problem went away. Seems the new install had some extra or wrong .bgl files that resulted in the road over water problem. Thanks,Pat R9-9950X3D 32G | RTX5090 | 3T m.2 | Win11 | vkb-gf ultimate & pedals | virpil cm3 throttle | tm boeing yoke | pimax super uw | DCS
