January 1, 201115 yr Happy New Year to one and all !Well, 2010 is almost over (and over for some of you), and I am sure we all have many reasons to be happy and grateful for all the blessings we have received in 2010. I wish the very best to everyone on this New Year, 2011Tonight, I'd like to take this opportunity to express my great appreciation, and admiration to a noble man-- Vic !I recently came over to FSX, spent over $4,000 (U.S). i n building my FSX system. After a few weeks of building and installing I finally had my system ready to fly within the FSX world (or so I thought). I flew high, very high actually, for three days and out of no where all "engines" failed; I fell flat on my belly! For some reason my newly built computer would crash after 2 minutes of flying.Then, I came here- to the FSX Forum...to get some assistance. I received help from many of you and I greatly thank you all for your help. But, one person in particular stayed with me under the "rain", "snow", "heat" "tornado", and "hurricane", if you will— His name is: Vic !... Hence, , my admiration, respect, and appreciation for him. When I was about to give-up *(since we could not find the cause of the crashes after trying a hundred-plus things), Vic kept assisting me and held my spirit high- despite me almost (almost) giving-up. Vic, kept helping me, without any hesitation, without expecting anything in return, and without having ever met ! After almost 4 weeks of trouble-shooting, we found the problem (and the solution)- the PSU !Vic, I want to publicly say: "Many, Many Thanks" If I had continued by myself I wouldn’t have made it to this point and enjoy the beauty of FSX. I greatly appreciate all of your patience, guidance and the knowledge you shared with me-- too valuable! :( :( Johnny (Juan)
