Could be an issue with using different customer accounts to order the extension package than you used to buy the 747X.

Know I remember that my Mom bought the 747-400X, but I asked her do you know what the account. So she replide No.1 More thing is, I have a web site if anyone wan't to join and donate to help othere Flight simer with addons.Thanks for all you'r help, MontanaWeb site: rockenfsx.webs.com
