GoFlt TQ-6 issues with FSX

Featured Replies

Hello, I All I have run into an issue I am preparing to move from FS9 to FSX (FSX installed w/ SP1 & 2) I have my PFC jetliner yoke working, and CH USB pedals working my issue now is my Go Flight TQ-6 seems to not want to work in FSX.I downloaded and installed the latest module from them I have it programmed (works fine in FS9) but not in FSX. I am using a 2 engine set up as follows REV 1-REV 2 (are ontop of the ENG 1 & 2)SPOILERS- BLANK-ENG 1– ENG 2-BLANK-FLAPSThe Engine 1 & 2 work fine for the throttle the Flaps do not work nor does the Spoilers I am running the unregistered version of FSUPIC (latest version). Has anyone been able to get the Go-Flight TQ to work in FSX. I would like to begin my move to FSX over the weekend.I tried to contact GoFlight to no avail (they said re-install FSX) which I did no change. Thanks in advanceJohn

Hello John,is the TQ-6 your first and only Goflight module?Look for the XML document "exe" in your installation. In Win 7 you find it in Users / Your Name / AppData / Roaming / Microsoft / FSX. Now you have to add following command into the "exe" file:- <Launch.Addon> <Disabled>False</Disabled> <Name>GoFlight FSX Data Bridge</Name> <ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad> <Path>C:\Program Files (x86)\GoFlight\GFDevFSX.exe</Path> <CommandLine /> </Launch.Addon> Should be the same in Vista, for XP I can't remember anymore.Try this, it should work!RegardsArndt

Try this, it helped me (under NOTVAMs). I know it says FS9 and 2004, but seems to work with FSX.http://www.goflightinc.com/downloads/docs/NOTVAM_1.pdf
